Car Rental
The conference has made special arrangements with Hertz rental at the Syracuse airport. Information for attendees regarding the rental rates (pdf) and reservation process (doc) is available.
Driving

Parking
Parking on campus is limited, so the Conference plan is to provide transportation between the various hotels and dorms and the conference hotel (the Statler).
- The attendees that choose the on-campus dorm option will have access to the conference services parking lot near the dorms.
- The Statler Hotel can accommodate overnight guest vehicles using a valet system.
- Other attendees that choose to bring a vehicle on campus will need to register for a daily parking pass at one of the visitor booths, and should request a parking pass for the parking garage. The cost is 10.00 per day.
